Delmaine Worcestershire Sauce is New Zealand's version of this originally British brown sauce.

Worcester Sauce is used as a sauce but also as a flavouring. Excellent when used to spice up a meat dish such as burgers, meat loaf, pies, etc, and is also used in other savoury dishes to give a flavour burst.
